What Tomorrow Knows
When I look in the mirror Tomorrow looks back.
I see the outcome of all that has occurred.
The planned and the unexpected, the good and the bad.
The future comes to me like raindrops in a hurricane.
There are moments when I wish I could use my knowledge to change what is for me but what could be for you.
Alas a message from me is like a postcard without a stamp left to be lost in the mail of time.
I often feel like I am staring at a photograph of the past haunted be what I cannot change.
But some outcomes shine above the rest as I see dream come to life and hopes fulfilled more beautifully than ever imagined.
