Dust

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust,
and surely we are dust in the wind,
raised from the dust beneath our feet,
multiplied and spread upon the land,
a dust bowl to the earth.
And yet, the very dust bears fruit,
each of our countless millions
being the apple of His eye.
