A good habit makes things bad, and a bad habit makes things good.

A good habit gets up early.

Too early makes you squirrelly.

Too late, makes you late.


Reading is a good habit.

Reading without a stop,

Then you create a time block.


Habits out of control,

make habits a bore,

make habits a chore.
