These gentle moments in this chair,
before I have to leave
with aught to do from here to there,
but now to this, I cleave.

Some gentle moments in this chair
may linger in my mind
when doing aught of daily care
with hope, that I need find.

Such gentle moments in this chair
a-writing poetry.
The sweetest times with aught to share
of thoughts the mind to free.
