A poem on mental health, resilience, and finding hope through silent struggles.
Beneath the surface, calm may lie,
But storms rage fiercely in the mind's eye.
A silent battle, a quiet plea,
To break free from chains no one can see.

Each step feels heavy, a mountain to climb,
The weight of the world, the echo of time.
The smile’s a mask, the laughter a shield,
Hiding the wounds that never quite healed.

Yet in the shadow, a flicker of light,
A whisper of hope in the darkest night.
It speaks of strength, of battles won,
Of a brighter dawn, a rising sun.

To feel is to fight, to break is to mend,
The journey is long, but it need not end.
You are not alone, your pain not in vain,
Together we’ll weather the storm and the rain.

So take a breath, let the healing start,
For courage lives in every beating heart.
You are more than your struggle, more than your fight—
You are the dawn after the endless night.
