There were three prompts in a writing class, and I combined all three.

In middle age, during the full moon's light, I noticed a purple Panama a distance away. In December, it took me a while to discover its style. I decided to turn the page and be proud of my age.

When the people cheered, the purple Panama appeared. In a phase, its haze brought forth a shiny glaze. The opalescence of its quality made it appealing. The perception of seeing things in a brand-new light dazzled the people. Inventions began to evolve with new ideas for the future.

The prime of life, middle age, is when wisdom begins revealing itself in many ways. Not everyone sees it this way. When you think about it, whether you were happy or full of tears, gaining insight into the way that you perceive things, from the experiences you had throughout the years, whether it was good or bad, the best times in life were getting blessed with the proper amount of rest. By not getting mad during the bad times, you have managed to make it through by being glad. You have survived all the trials that have come your way. This is what I have to say.

By the way, it glorified the brilliance of being middle-aged. The purple Panama showed its true colors during the moon's full light. Accustomed to assigning yourself a bit of dignity and respect, it's a fact that when you go to get something, you tend to forget what you were going after. It will happen to everybody at one point in their lives; it's not just the middle-aged that it happens to. Don't let this overburden the progress you've made. When the time comes for needing some help, you should be able to receive that help. Those that don't show compassion, need to show some compassion. Rather than being cruel, listen to people's stories. Be a jewel. You may learn something you didn't know before.
