I started writing in junior high school after my grandpa died which I could have said anything to him and never stopped. I write in a journal MOST of the time, other times I'm on my laptop. Still a struggling writer. My 3 boys are grown and out of the house. I have a 13 year old girl that lives with me part time. I write just to write and to get things off my chest that I can not tell anyone about. I now have a full time job that I keep letting it get to me and it affects my writing. The past will not stay away. I try to keep this up to date, but my stresses gets in the way.
