The Sovereign Lord

The Sovereign Lord comes in power.
The Conquerer of Life,
He is the One from of old,
The Promised One.
He is the Worthy One,
Worthy of all praise and honor and worship
For He is the Lamb who was slain.
He was rejected for me,
The Creator of the world
Who became one of the creation,
To redeem a lost world,
To bring life where only death reigned.
He alone is to be praised!
Bring blessing and honor,
Bring all that you have and are,
Surrender everything to the Lord of Lords.
He will never leave,
Will never stop loving.
Majesty and Power,
Wisdom and Knowledge,
He is the Alpha and Omega
He was there before the world began,
And He will be there
After the end of the world,
He will never change.
Praise the Lord, the King!
He is able to fulfill
Every longing, every desire.
He will never forget you,
You are His bride, His beloved.
He pursues me with a jealous love
Never turning aside until I give myself,
My love back to Him.
Words cannot describe
How much you love me.
Dying for me,
Beaten, rejected, bloody, painful
For a person who did not love You,
A person who drove
Those nails through Your hands.
You forgave me
Even as I caused
You pain beyond comprehension.
