Something I learned from Amy B. Scher’s “How to heal your self when no one else can”. The energy body rock test.

Start simple. With your name. Most people’s bodies will rock forwards if the statement is true, but some may rock to the right or left. If the statement isn’t true, you should rock backwards. I have found my body rocks to the left when the statement is partially true.

For example, my full legal name is Bear Wilder D.T. Alwood. But, I have D.I.D., and the dominant personality (the person I was re-birthed into in Colorado back in 2019) is named Ruby: but to the public social world I am Wilder (because Wilder is both a masculine and feminine name). So when I say my name is Bear or Wilder, my body rocks backwards. But if I say I have an identity named Bear or Wilder, my body rocks forwards.

Now what I’ve discovered so far about my self, my past in this life, and my past lives (where my energy system has been).
The way I learned the number of personalities (or identities) I have: I think I started out by asking if I have more than 30 personalities {or identities} … my body rocked forward. So I kept increasing the number by 10 or 20 at a time until my body rocked backwards. Then I eventually got to 120, and then I asked “the number of personalities I have is 121, 122, 123” etc., and I kept counting up ‘till I hit 130, and then my body rocked forward.

Now … is this making any sense so far?

If you don’t believe in spirit, humor me and give it a try … you might undergo a little shock treatment at first - a lot depends on how you were raised. Just know that I’ve been able to see every bodies spirit in the past, and their spirit animal. but my medication for my schizophrenia hugely inhibits my ability to see all that … I think (I was in close proximity to my Twin Flame when that happened so I think that may have allowed me to see that); but without the medication things can get a little crazy up stairs. Although I’ve learned to differentiate between reality and psychosis.

Ok back to energy rocking. Something i’ve recently learned about myself: I was blessed with ten gifts upon my birth; it just suddenly occurred me I’d not thought to ask about that: it’s amazing what you can learn about yourself through this system, you just have to ask the right questions!
I’ve known for about 4 1/2 years now that I’m a Mystic; and for many more years that I’m an Empath: what my other 8 gifts are … I don’t know.

I reckon I’ll add this ‘cause I can, I can emit blasts of energy from my heart chakra, but that comes from practice: {and many hours spent in silence, stillness and solitude}.

I’ve learned some big puzzle pieces about my spiritual past in the last few days: like the fact that I’ve been to a different realm, and I was once a high ranking angel; … but I did something terrible apparently because all my Earth lives have been a punishment. My feelings tell me that this may be my last life as a physical creature of Earth. I just hope I will have lived humbly enough to make amends for whatever I did in the past.

Ok this piece won’t feel right if I don’t add this. If I do come back again after this life, I hope to be a dog or a cat.
