Complicated Emotions

Within my emotions, a tempest brews,
Anger simmers within, a storm that stews.
Unfounded jealousy, a bitter seed,
Sprouting roots of discontent with heel
Sadness wraps around my soul,
Depression's weight, an unrelenting toll.
Love's absence echoes in the hollows,
Loneliness, a shadow that follows.

In this labyrinth of conflicting emotion,
I navigate a sea of inner commotion.
Anger's flame, jealousy's bitter taste,
A symphony of sorrow, love's misplaced.

Yet, within the tempest, a glimmer appears,
A chance to dispel the shadows, confront the fears.
To unravel the knots of discontent,
And find solace in the heart's lament.

For emotions are transient, they do flow,
A kaleidoscope of feelings that come and go.
In acknowledging the storm, I find my way,
To a brighter, calmer, and clearer day.
