Grandmom’s Poem

A grandmother’s love is eternal
Having ups and downs I’m forever grateful

To have 30 years with you is a blessing
Your patience I have always been testing

A staple of much wisdom and advice
I had you at all times by my own device

Even now being so far
It is twice as hard
But with one phone call away
You are always my favorite person to talk to that day

Along with your love and support
Inspired me to write and report

How important you are to me
Which is why I wanted you to see

A grandmother’s love may be eternal
But a granddaughter’s love is perpetual
