I delight to do Your will,
O my God, and Your law is within my heart.

O, help me to be calm and still,
So you can gently heal all the hurt.

I long to see Your face,
O, Your presence is all I need.
To just feel comforted by Your embrace,
And from all my worries and cares freed.

Forever, I long to dwell in Your secret place,
In gratitude to pour out my worship.
For all Your mercy and all the grace,
Lord, I’m thankful for this precious relationship.

"JANUARY PROMPT"

Psalms 40:8

I delight to do Your will, O my God, and Your law is within my heart.

I don't know about you, but devotionals help me stay on track. I came across this one. It is by Charles Stanley "Discovering the Will of God part 4." I find Dr. Stanley's devotionals to be very helpful. You will find this one to help you write this prompt. Look within yourselves and ask, "Am I doing the will of God through my actions?" Include in your verse, I delight to do Your will, O my God, and Your law is within my heart. Highlight in grape, please!
