Do you see the waterfalls through my eyes?
As it wildly thunders through its' tides.
At the bottom sits a clear veneer,
Where the sound of growling waves is no longer feared.
Fronds of forest green wave in the depths.
Adventure awaits ascending my moss covered steps.
Far behind the tawny grass and scattered trees
There is a place flowers and iridescent leaves.
Where a humming bird hums a sweet rhythm of love,
And an eagle watches over me from the canopy above.
There is a music to my lions roar.
A jungle of thoughts explore.
Beliefs have been built as high as my trees,
Rooted to the ground and not swayed by a breeze.
Swing between my branches, test the strength of my vines,
Guard this wild forest of mine.
Raft in the white water shuddering through my veins.
Gawk at my reluctant rainbow after a full week of rain.
There are stone walls to climb and limits to transcend.
And stories in the pathless trails with prayers at every bend.
And if you end up getting lost on one, do not be afraid.
For it's getting lost in the first place, of how this jungle of mine was made.
