Blackened walls, darkened halls. Where exactly does this maiden lie?
Warning: Sensitive and dark themes up ahead. You have been warned.

Light escaped through the many holes that scattered across the ceiling; Large and small, but it didn't change the fact that it still shed some bright sun rays. upon a maiden's face, awakening her from her slumber, yawning. The Maiden stretched her arms and legs out whilst pushing back her lustrous Chestnut hair. Once she stopped rubbing away yesterday from her sharp grassy green eyes, She realized that there was a strange use of a dark rusty brown all around the mechanical small space she resided in. It looked as if it were about to cave in. The Maiden scratched her head and wondered as to where exactly she was. She rose from the cold ground and adjusted her white shortened tank top. She realized that she wasn't wearing any pants or at least a skirt. The maiden, though, did not seem to mind, since she smiled and walked towards the rusted door.

Upon opening the door, she was introduced to the foreboding hallway. It looked as if the hallway had no ending at all. Although, the maiden She walked in and was Engulfed heavily by the darkened environment without a second thought. Creaking pipes and bare feet hitting the wet floor was the only sounds that echoed throughout the facility. Her eyes never looked anywhere else, her mind didn't bother to focus on anything else aside from the black smokey aura that was the destination of the Maiden. Further and further she went even though it seemed like where she was heading was nowhere in sight, but she continued on nonetheless.

After a few hours of walking, A luminous object was seen at the end of the hall. The blackened aura was disappearing and the Maidens expression grew more expressive the closer she got to the light. The slow pace she had originally hastened and the hours she spent walking began to take a toll on her bruised feet. The more the light shone the more likely she would become more aware of what she is heading towards. Tears sprawled down her face helplessly, Her hands balled into fists, her heart began to hit her chest and she no longer felt the pain as she was once felt for a moment before. The light grew brighter, engulfing the darkness completely now. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, she jumped in the light wailing till her heart's content.

The maiden's eyes, deprived of life, widened, her face dirtied and looked as if she were old and stiffened, the softness no longer lingering as it used to. Her hands were ashy and tainted with dusty white substance, and in her left side, dried blood stained her arm and tank top. Her panties were no longer a pretty black and were instead a dirty ashy white and brown. Next to her was a rotting corpse holding a needle in its right arm. It looks at the young maiden and holds up the needle towards her.
"Want...it?"
The maiden looked on, at first unsure, but slowly, oh so very slowly, she began to smile. But, it wasn't a smile of pure joy or a smile of hope.It had no subject within its meaning.

She took the needle and stuck it into her skin. The corpse nodded in agreement and became limp once again. The maiden looked around to see that the area she was in was grimy and filthy. There were three other people here too with one of them looking like a madman,: Large smile, eyes, and face. The other two looked like the corpse next to her; withered and done. Her smile did not falter and she began to retract into a dark hole. Falling helplessly into nothing.
"Where am I?"
