Little Brook

Little brook, how you run,
through all the countryside.
Just sparkling in the sun,
using nature to guide.

At times, it seems you hide
as quietly you flow.
Swiftly you're amplified,
whether rain, sleet or snow.

So onward you must run,
a lake or mighty sea,
waiting when you're done,
to finally set you free.
