The fse is to have us design a workout plan that can be done in the weight room and the exercises that are done, target certain muscle groups. We are to put the exercises in order of compound to isolation workouts. To gain from the workout, I will be able to achieve my short and long term goals. They are: Short term goal: I would like to lose 5 pounds in 2-2.5 weeks. My long term goal is to lose 25 pounds in 3 months. To achieve my goals, I not only have to workout but also make good choices from what I eat to what I do. But that is not only what I should do, I need to be in a good place in my spiritual, physical, social, and mental, emotional state. And not to drop the plan but to stick to it.
