A story about a young girl that grows up from a kid into a teenager...
CHAPTER 1:

I came from a family of five, a younger sister, an older brother, and a mom and dad. I grew up in the small town of Cambridge, Vermont. My younger sister is Erin and she is four years younger than I am. My older brother is Jeremy and he is four years older than me.

My family was pretty big. My mom had four siblings and they each had kids so I have about thirteen cousins on my moms side. Same with my dad, he had about six siblings and I only had five cousins on that side.

I'm really close with most of cousins on my moms side but that's because we all grew up together. I'm not super close with the ones on my dads side cause we don't see them as much.

The school that I went to was the elementary school that was right in town, Cambridge Elementary School (CES). I went to that school from kindergarten all the way up to sixth grade. Then at the end of sixth grade we did this ceremony at the end of the year celebrating that we made it through elementary school and sixth grade. After sixth grade, we went to a union school from middle school and high school. That school was Lamoille Union Middle/high school.

Elementary school wasn't bad actually, I got pretty good grades and made it on the honor roll just about every year since fourth grade. I never got in trouble in school, I was a pretty good student, nice to just about every other kid. I was also pretty quiet and shy. But, once you got to know me, I would eventually open up.

At the end of sixth grade I went into seventh grade. I was really nervous because I was going to a new school with tons of different people because it was a union school and I was nervous about being split up from my friends. At Lamoille, we would get split up and put onto teams with kids that had the same learning ability as us. I was on team extreme and a good thing was that I wasn't split up from my best friend Kyla. We were on the same team and in just about every class together which was good.

CHAPTER 2:

Seventh grade... Very, very nerve racking. Waking up on the first day of seventh grade I thought I was going to puke. I was very scared about going to a bigger school and going there with tons of other kids. It was a union school so like five other towns were going to be going to that middle/high school with me. It was kind of scary because now I'm not going to school with the same kids I've been going to school with for six years, there's going to be like hundreds!

So, my mom dropped me off at the elementary school where I would take the bus up to the high school. That's when it hit me and when my stomach started to turn and when I was feeling very scared. I rode the bus up to the school and then I met with Kyla (my best friend) and we went up to our classrooms and met our teachers. The I remember we had to get our schedules and all that. It was only the incoming seventh graders there that day so then we could get used to everything before the eighth graders were there with us.

That first day was weird but not all that bad. I met some pretty amazing people and we are still friends to this day.
