I look in the mirror
What do I see
Something hideous
Looking at me

Bulging here
Bulging there
Rolls of fat
Scraggy hair

Spotty skin
I don't care
Nothing I can do
So there!

What do I see
Something ugly
Looking at me

Food is my enemy
Food is a sin
I have to stop eating
I can't take it in

My body starves
My head is spinning
Until my weight halves
I won't be grinning

I look in a mirror
And what do I see
Something sinister
Looking at me

I'm skin and bones
Not a pick on me
The scales say five stones
What have I done, Look, See

Doctors and nurses
Give Guidance and care
My success is noted
And this I must Share
