The three mounted riders arrive at the cave entrance and dismount from their horses. Two of the three are elven women, and the male is human. Horses and dragons didn't mix, let alone the underground caverns weren't a favorite of horses either. They leave them to graze and walk up the hill and into the cave, a small trickle of water runs down the path, flowing from an opening in the cave wall. "You know we dressed up, and will have to wade in water to see them."Danda laughs as they enter the ever darkening cavern. Danda was the daughter of Dragon Lord Enalpheron (E-nal-fer-on), a beautiful elven woman, with a cloth doublet, with a knee length skirt, similar to her sister Delphi's. She learned her trade from her father's Dragon, The use of magic. She has a saber on her hip, trained by her father to use the delicate weapon, as opposed to the heavier weapons. Their father and his dragon were killed in the Keldon wars; Delphi was enslaved in Keldon, when her father was killed. "Danda."Talgo says after stumbling blindly," I am human, can I get a light?" Talgo is dressed in a clean white tunic with golden trim, but he covers it in a freshly polished breast plate that he always wore. He wears black pirate pants. Talgo is a weapon master, trained with the military for many years, but never served in the military, although he has taken part in military battles. He preferred bladed weapons, but was experienced with a bow, exceeding most elves in draw weight but not as accurate as the elves. He uses elven arrows for their accuracy. Talgo grew up knowing Danda and Delphi, through the Dragon Lord Enalferon. Talgo has often noted to others that he and Delphi were as good of friends as possible with a homicidal assassin. "Sorry" Danda apologizes, the women chuckle. "I forgot you were only human." She pulls out a pouch, and produces a diamond necklace and it immediately lights the area around them. Mage lights such as this one were made by aspiring mage apprentices for practice and to make money for the student, this one made by a more experienced mage, since failure with a diamond would waste a lot of money. "Better?" She asks. "Yea."He grumbles, "Why did I have to befriend elves?" He mumbles. "That is because you want to associate with the best." Danda replies with a chuckle. “Can we go?”Delphi says impatiently. They come to a hallway that T's, a flow of water washes to the left, coming from the right; the water from the stream in their passage flows into the larger stream that covered the floor in front of them. The passage was getting more and more finished as they went further in. Already the walls were elaborately finished stone work. Just ahead in the passage is a large portal or doorway, but it has no door. It is complete with ornate etchings and engravings. Delphi walks into the water, it reaches almost to her knees as they walk through the entrance way. Delphi is dressed in revealing blue sleeveless bodice, with a knee length skirt, that reveals her legs when she walks. Delphi is a troubled Elf with a dark history, breathtaking beauty, but a tormented soul, and basically an intolerant attitude. Delphi and Danda rarely dressed up, but on this occasion they happily dressed in their best clothes. She wore an upper arm bracelet, and it rests just below the cursed tattoo, the badge of disgrace, and a testament to her violent past. The tattoo was given to her after she was enslaved. Then she was placed in the Elite Keldon Brothel. The tattoo is a sign of ownership by the Keldon government and the royal family. She learned the trade of assassin, while in that brothel. Even as she served the government in the worst way, the other women taught her how to draw in their target, and kill with one strike, with one small blade, even against armored opponents. Hers is the deadliest occupation, a trained assassin. Her past feeds her emotions, and is quick to react to insult or disrespect. Talgo smiles and pushes Danda from behind; she stumbles and falls into the water. "I thought Elves were supposed to be more sure-footed?"Talgo says innocently, and walks by her. "You better be nice to me, I have the only light source, and there is no dry wood around to make a torch." She threatens, she stands up and looks down at her clothes, wet but not muddy. "If you had gotten these dirty, you would be buying me new ones." She stomps up behind him. He glances at her, and how the clothes clung to her. "I think you look better this way."He smiles, "You would."She complains, "You better not stare at me." She warns. "Hurry up, you two."Delphi looks back, The water is up to Delphi's knees. She wades into the larger chasm, water falls from several wall openings, filling the floor with knee high water. Water flows out a tunnel in the far wall. "Blu?"Delphi calls out loudly.Rarely, did you sneak up on a dragon, but you did not want to take the chance, especially around a new hatchling. Danda and Talgo stop behind Delphi, Danda looks at Talgo, who is looking down at her. She elbows him in his arm, and turns away from him. "I’m still looking."Talgo teases, even though he was looking around the large cavern. It was illuminated by several bright mage light chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The roof held six chandeliers; each one had twelve to fifteen light stones. Mage lights are made by mage apprentices, one of their first money making abilities. Most mages could make them, just most didn't have the time. "Stop!" Danda growls, also looking around. "Delphi!" The young dragon voice calls, from above and behind them, on the ledge above the entrance sits the very young Azuless. Not nearly as big as her mother, but the similarity is striking. She leaps off the ledge, diving at the three. Talgo dodges to one side to avoid the diving dragon. Then at the last second she swoops over them and drops into the water with a splash. "Hah, I scared you."She says looking back at Talgo. "I have a sister!"She says proudly, coming out of the water towards them. "I heard."Delphi replies, "How are you?" "Good, I learned to dive. I did it great, did I not?" she says proudly. "Yes, soon you will be out hunting with your mama."Delphi laughs. "Danda? Delphi? Is that you?" The bellowing voice calls from across the cavern. "Yes, Blu. It is us." Delphi calls back. Suddenly a large blue dragon flies up and out from above a ledge a few yards ahead of them, and swoops over them, and lands in front of the group, sending a wave of water over them all. The dragon is named Azuleton Joltson (Azule-ton Jolt-son), but her friends called her Blu. "You see, you would have been wet anyway." Talgo laughs. Danda just nods, smacking Talgo again for looking down at her chest. Delphi moves towards the wall Blu just flew over, and calls back: "I hope you know, if I catch you looking at me, I will cut off your manhood."She looks back, no humor and no concern in her eyes, as she walks towards the ledge that Blu just flew over. Delphi peers over the ledge, and then leans over it. Delphi comes up with a baby dragon; she stares into the large eyes of the baby blue dragon, who stares back. It has a prominent tooth protruding from the end of its snout. The egg tooth, Delphi recognized it; it would loosen in the next few days and fall out. "She is adorable." Delphi cries. "What is her name?" "This is Aqua." Blu announces as she looms over the group. Not trying to intimidate, but anything that big looking down as you hold her baby, is easily intimidating. "It said it on the announcement, do you not remember?" Danda teases, Delphi glances up at her in annoyance. They were sent an invitation by Elven courier to come see Blu’s baby. "Talgo, How nice." Blu says," I am glad to see you. Not gray yet?" "No." Talgo smiles. “What makes you ask that?” "You humans live such short lives," she explains, "I cannot keep track." "Why have you not married one of these ladies?" She asks, "They both love you." "Why marry one, when I can have both." He counters, to which Danda smacks him, hitting his breast plate with a clang. "In your dreams!" She laughs shaking her hand in pain. Delphi coos loudly at Aqua. They all look at Delphi; a tear runs down her cheek as she stares at the baby. She glances up at them. "What? I have water in my eye" She explains. "Water in the eyes, is called tears, dear sister."Danda smiles weakly at her. Danda was the only one safe to tease Delphi on such matters. Delphi would not accept anyone thinking her weak, especially weak enough to cry. Delphi glares at her sister for an instant, and then glances at Talgo who looks away, and then to Blu she just stares back at Delphi. "You know I think the brains of Danda, and the Brawn of Talgo would make quite a half elf?" Blu offers changing the subject. "Great." Talgo says, "A match making Dragon mama." They laugh. "You know you need to jump on them… well not literally, figuratively, before you lose your good looks." "You talk as if I am a middle aged man." Talgo replies. "Are you not?" She asks. Talgo was use to this quirk of language. Many that learned common did not accept contractions easily. They tended to use the full words. "I ‘m in my prime," He offers. "Besides, I couldn't hurt either of these beautiful Elves, by choosing the other." "At least the water flow will take that crap you are spewing, right out of my lair."She laughs. Delphi moves over to a rock and sits down and starts talking softly to the baby. "Do baby dragons understand elven gibberish?" Talgo asks. "If Delphi keeps coming around, she will." Blu replies. "Come look what I have," Blu calls to the unoccupied pair. "Remember the pit." She motions towards the middle of the pool. Danda pulls Talgo away from where she thought the pit was. "You in that heavy armor would sink to the bottom and we would never get you back up."She warned. "I am touched you care."Talgo smiles "It is hard to find someone that Delphi won't kill in the first day." She replies. They climb out of the water onto a shelf, there is a path leading up and around a corner. The only thing in this shelf area is a wooden chest. "Open that chest, Danda." Blu directs. Danda glances at Delphi, as she is usually the one to check a chest before it is opened. "Open it." Blu pushes, “It is not trapped." Danda nervously smiles and lifts the lid; the bottom is lined with coins, and on the coins lays a short staff. Apparently Oak, and has a jeweled sphere on top. "I want you to have it."Blu offers. "What is it?" Danda asks. "It is a wizard staff." It uses the magic of flames, that's why I do not want it, and why you could use it." She replies. "Its former owner, made a fatal mistake in my home, and does not need it anymore." "Mistake?" Danda asks. "He thought I was a chicken." She bellows. "He came to gather my eggs!" "I ate him, why waste a good meal."She says nervously looking around to check on Aqua. "Eggs?" Talgo gasps, "you have more?" "They take a while to hatch, I have one egg left." She says proudly. "That is why my treasures are getting thin." She complains, "Don't have time to go out and acquire more." Suddenly Delphi squeals, and almost drops the baby dragon. Talgo and Danda spin around to check on her. "Sorry, Delphi" Blu says with a strange sound erupting from deep in her bowels, the laughter of a dragon, without looking. "Aqua is having discharge problems. She can't control her energy," She adds,"Won't kill you, but it does give you quite a start." "Oh, it's ok," Delphi coos at the baby dragon. "You will get that under control and you'll be chasing your sister around zapping each other very soon. Yes you will" She coos to the baby. "With that armor, Talgo, "She looks at him, “You might not want to get to close." "I'm not big into babies." Talgo admits. Danda splashes over to see the baby. Delphi reluctantly gives the baby over to Danda, and looks up to Blu. "Do you need anything?" Delphi asks walking over to stand next to Talgo. "Like a baby shower gift?"She asks. "I forgot that is your custom." She looks around, scanning the cavern. "Could use some meat," She offers "I have not had a chance to go hunt today." "Talgo, shall we go get some food?" Delphi pushes him. “How much food do an adult, an adolescent, and a baby dragon eat?” Talgo asks nervously. "Just bring something in for the baby." She laughs, "I will go out later and get ours." "It takes almost a full cow to feed Azuless alone. She is growing so fast."Blu says proudly. "Why not stay here tonight?" Blu asks looking at Danda. "A Dragon sleepover?" Talgo replies." I prefer to sleep on dry land." "This is just the entrance pool." She laughs, "The main rooms are above, and it's all dry." "Before we dry off," Delphi announces, "Let us go get some food, for the baby and for us." "Anything the baby likes better than anything else?" "None of us like Kolbolds, or other humanoids." "Anything non-humanoid would be fine."Blu admits. "Do not want her thinking it is alright to eat all humanoids." "I thank you for that."Talgo laughs. "Is there anything you will not eat?"Delphi asks. "Nothing that comes to mind…well I prefer not to eat Coshee." "I am glad of that."Danda frowns, having not thought of that. "What is a Coshee?"Azuless asks. "It is an elven dog. It is larger than normal dogs, it is silent accept when threatened and when it barks it is extremely loud." "They are good animals."Delphi offers. "I hope to get the girls one when they are older and can control their energy."Blu looks over at Azuless. "I do not have accidents."She objects quickly. "I did not say you do, but I was seeing if you were interested in getting a pet." "Really?" she says excitedly."We can get a pet?" "Not now, but when little sister and whatever the other egg is, gets control of their energy, we will probably get one.” "Danda?"Delphi calls, "Are you staying or going hunting with us?" Danda looks at the baby, than at Delphi."Do I have too?" "No."Delphi sighs, "But I get to feed her when we get back." Danda slips the diamond necklace off and hands it to Delphi. "If you get forest rats, she can eat 3-4." Blu admits, they are plentiful out there, damn ogres are filthy creatures, and the rats love it." "We'll be back."Delphi waves as they trudge though the water. The pair wades back out of the cavern, and disappear. "Come on out of the water." Blu motions as she climbs over to the ground above Danda. "There is some dry wood, in that corner."Blu nods. "Get the fire ready, that way you can eat when they get back." "I am going to go play."Azuless says and leaps over the ledge into the water with a giant splash. Danda chuckles and begins to carry wood for the fire. Danda gathers the wood slowly, stacking it in the fire pit. It was all the more difficult as she was still holding the baby dragon, Aqua. “You do know that Aqua can walk all by herself, do you not?"Blu asks. Danda smiles and nods as she carries another piece of wood over to the fire pit. Blu sits watching her making so many trips, but refusing to put the baby down. Danda is about to make another trip for wood, that they would use to keep the fire going once started, when something splashes in the water below, smaller and different then Azuless. Danda dashes quietly to the edge and peers over. Five men in armor, two men in robes, and the familiar face of the courier, stand at the entrance, several scolding the one that fell. The courier was the elf that delivered the invitation for the group to visit Blu. Blu's head pushes past Danda she jerks away from her, shocked that something that big moved so silently. "The Elf," Danda whispers, "he delivered the message to us of Aqua's birth." Blu nods silently. Danda peers over the edge again. Blu nudges Danda delicately, and motions for her to speak to them. She pulls away from the edge and yells up to the ceiling "What do you want?" echos in the cavern They bicker between each other, still scolding the one that fell, ignoring Danda. "Answer me!" Danda demands. "We come to see the Dragon, are you the Dragon?" One man asks nervously. "Drop your weapons or flee now!" Danda demands. "You are standing in water, with a dragon that uses lightning to defend herself." "You are not the Dragon then. To whom are we speaking?" One of the robbed men asks. "Drop the weapons or the dragon will kill you!" Danda repeats. She hears one person splashing away; she peers over the edge, to see the courier fleeing. He disappears down the passage way. "Coward."One of the men yells back. Danda looks around, and gasps, She had the baby, Blu was next to her, but Azuless was nowhere in sight. "Where is Azuless? She whispers, and looks around the upper level of the cavern. She sucks in deeply as she sees the young dragon peering down on the men, from above them on the ledge where she was earlier when Danda and friends had entered. Danda thrusts her finger out to point. Blu looks over and instantly leaps to the edge. "Trespassers!" She bellows loudly, the echoing makes it feel like the whole cave is shaking. "Drop those weapons now, or die!" She spreads her wings and cocks her head back, being as threatening as she could without actually killing anyone. The two robed men slowly back away, one drops a dagger. The other does not appear to be armed. Danda watches the robed men suspiciously. The armored men move forward towards the path up out of the water, Danda notes at least one would walk into the water pit in a few steps. "Stop!" She demands, but she sees Azuless leap off the wall, and dives towards the men, not noticing the robed men, who were under the ledge now. Danda watches in horror as the young dragon dives happily with a playful growl, towards the armed men. Blu coughs forth a bright flash of electricity into the water. Even in the well lit cavern, the room still flashed brightly. One man screams in agony, the others collapse with a splash into the water, when the flash is gone the armored men lay motionless in the water, the robed men were only stunned, as they were far enough away, and out of the water. The smell of ozone and burnt flesh fills the cavern. Azuless shrieks in surprise and instantly pulls out of her dive, knowing something was wrong. One of the robed men had been readying a spell, and he grabs into the air, and Azuless is stopped in mid air, just below Danda's height on the ledge. "Let her go!" Blu demands glaring at the robed man. Danda looks at her staff and slips over to get it. "You do anything, and I will kill your baby." The robed man warns watching the dragon carefully. Danda moves to the edge, and concentrates her magic into the staff, and a burst of fire shoots out towards the men, easily missing the young dragon but close enough to cause the men to react. The men dive to each side, breaking the magic that held Azuless, she falls free, she gets her wings out in time to slow her but she hits the ground hard, she screeches in pain. Blu swoops quickly down on the two men, and attacks with claws and teeth, She rips one open with her claws, his entrails bulge out the opening. He screams trying to push away from her claws. The other she grabs in her mouth, sinking her teeth deep into his body, and shakes her head violently, audible cracking of his bones echoes in the cavern, and blood flows from the limp body, and then she tosses it aside. The man with the claws in him goes limp and she hurls his body towards the tunnel where the water flows out. Danda grabs Aqua, and rushes down to the water, Azuless limps towards Danda, away from the fight. "I hurt my leg."Azuless whimpers to Danda, dragons had no tears, but Danda could see the pained expression on Azuless's face. Danda helps the young dragon up the ledge, to safety. Blu pushes the robed bodies into the flow of water. Slowly the bodies begin to wash away. The armored men would have to be drug out of the cave later, as they were too heavy to flow down in the water. That completed, Blu flies up to the ledge, and quickly checks on her young. "That was very dangerous, and they could have killed you!" She scolds Azuless. "I am sorry.” Azuless sighs, Aqua looks with interest from sister to mother, then up at Danda. "Do not ever do that again." She continues, “I will show you how to fight one day, when you are older. Fighting and killing is not just fun and games. Humanoids can kill you if you do not know what you are doing." Azuless lowers her head sadly. "Thank you, Danda." Blu turns," I did not know you would use that staff so soon." Blu looks over at Azuless with concern. "We are gone for a short time, and you all throw a party?" Delphi calls from the entrance. "All I got was the left over cowardly courier."Delphi waves a large bloody rat carcass at the group looking down at her. Talgo follows behind her, with three more rats and a Boar over his shoulder. "Good."Danda exclaims, "He did not get away." "Is Azuless ok?"Danda asks Blu. "I do not think anything is broken."Blu replies as she is studying Azuless’s leg. Danda lifts the staff and concentrates on the wood in the fire pit. It begins to smoke, and then erupts in flames. "You use it like a professional."Blu says happily. Delphi rushes over and scoops up Aqua. "You hungry" she coos. "Will you hold the little dragon while you eat too? Danda asks. "No."Delphi sneers."I will feed her, and then I will eat." She dangles a field rat over the baby dragon's head, she snaps at it, but Delphi yanks it away before she can latch on to it. The dragon snaps at it again, and again Delphi yanks it away. The dragon looks sadly into Delphi's eyes. "No fair, little one."Delphi complains, “How can I tease you when you look at me with those cute little eyes?" Delphi lowers the rat so Aqua can bite into it. The little dragon latches on and jerks, almost jerking the rat out of Delphi's hands, tearing a portion of meat free. "Speaking of food, Blu?"Danda asks, “Why didn't you eat those men? You said never waste a good meal." "I thought it rude to eat humans in the presence of other humans, and Humanoids."She explains. Talgo watches the baby ripping meat from the rat carcass. "That is good; I will not have to field dress the babies' food."Talgo says as he is peeling back the boar's hide. "I just thought of something."Talgo announces, as Azuless limps over to look at one of the field rats. "Not only a slumber party with dragons, but all female. I will be lucky to get any sleep tonight."He complains. "Why?"Danda asks. "You will all be chattering all night long." "Even more then human women, as Elves and Dragons do not need as much sleep as humans."Delphi laughs weakly. "I cannot wait to put perfume on Talgo. I have a new batch, made with skunk, orche weed, and rotting meat."Azuless says proudly. "That sounds very sweet."He grumbles. "No perfume for me." "I cannot wait to see, Talgo in full make up." Danda teases. "I have some humanoid makeup that would look great with his armor."Azuless says with excitement. Danda frowns, was Azuless joking, dragons didn't wear makeup. Then she wonders; a certain percentage of dragons could take human form, Was Azuless one of them? "Maybe I will sleep outside."He complains, he reaches over and grabs a forest rat, and offers it to Azuless. She snaps it from him quickly, a muffled thank you as she limps away to eat. Blu notices Azuless is still limping, even when thinking of food. "The ogres would love the company, I am sure."Blu laughs. Delphi suddenly pulls the field mouse away from the baby as it snaps forward for the next bite. The dragon turns slowly to look sadly up at her. She giggles and lays the remains next to the baby on her lap. The baby snaps off another bite, and looks up as Delphi coos and leans down to kiss the little dragon's head. She kisses its horned little head and starts to lean back and a flash lights the room as electricity arcs from the baby's mouth to Delphi's lips. Delphi jerks back, and unleashes a string of vulgar elven profanities, covering her lip. Danda spins in terror, her eyes instantly going to Delphi's hands. When Delphi was that emotional, she usually had a blade in hand. Danda is relieved to see Delphi did not hold a blade. She almost chuckles but then sees the dark red area on Delphi's lip where the energy bolt hit her. The baby is looking up at Delphi innocently, and then emits the cutest chirping sound as it laughs at Delphi. It was already swollen and red, but Delphi cannot help but to laugh too. "Are you alright, sister?"She asks. "It hurt like a bitch, but I think I will be alright." "You do not want to nuzzle a blue baby dragon."Blu explains. "When we nuzzle each other there is a little charge we tend to share." "Little?"She gasps touching the spot delicately, “I will definitely remember that."Delphi groans. "Remember I said she had control problems."Blu reminds her, a little dragon chuckle escapes from her. "I love it."Azuless giggles, "It tickles." She limps over next to Aqua and Delphi. "See watch."She begins to lean over, is interrupted by Delphi's quick hand. "NO!"Blu objects quickly, and then sees that Delphi had stopped her with a hand on her snout. "What?" She asks innocently, looking from Delphi to her mother. "Azuless, dear."Blu tries to explain;"It tickles you, but hurts Delphi." "But I was going to nuzzle her."She says with confusion. "Aqua is on Delphi's lap."Blu points out, "If you and Aqua nuzzle zap, it would shock Delphi also." "Oh yes."She shakes her head, "I am sorry, I did not think of that." Delphi picks up the dragon baby and sets her on the ground. Aqua looks up at Delphi then pounces on the remains of its forest rat. Azuless waits until Delphi has moved back, then makes a cooing sound and rubs her nose softly against the baby's head. She starts to pull back and a flash of energy arcs over, and another arcs back and Azuless giggles happily, then Aqua chirps a giggle sound too. "If you all do not mind, I will go hunting for our dinner now."Blu says watching Azuless finishing the rat Talgo had given her. "We will watch the kids."Delphi calls over her shoulder. "Correction, Delphi will watch Aqua, and we will play with Azuless."Danda smiles. "I do not want to play."Azuless complains, "My leg hurts." "Talgo."Blu stops at the door."Would Elizabetht be available to check her leg?"She asks. "She is in town."Talgo says looking over at the young dragon. "I could go get her." "I think Azuless might need healed."Blu looks back with concern. "Dragons heal quickly; her leg should not still be bothering her." Elizabetht is Talgo's sister, a Cleric for the Elven God, and a healer in his name. "Would you mind?"She asks. "I am almost finished; I will go right after I get this ready for cooking." "Thank you." Blu replies, then adds;”I will see if the ogres can come remove those men.” She points to the armored corpses in the water. “They love the junk armor and weapons.” Some healers would have a tough time healing a dragon even a smaller one. The worst affected would be the mental healer, the one that uses psi power to heal, as healing a dragon and its large body structure uses a lot of energy. On the reverse the dragon that is able to heal with psi power is the strongest healer, as Dragons have more psi energy than humans, basically only demons had stronger power to call upon then dragons. But some say the power that demons call on is pulled from followers, rather than stored inside of them. Elizabetht was a Cleric healer, using magic blessed by the gods to heal. Most of the time her healing magic was given by grace, but occasionally it had a price for its use, a holy geas that she must do to pay for the use of her magic. This was one of those cases that might bring a geas. Healing an intelligent animal that does not worship the elven god, although this one would be uncertain as the Joltson family were not devout followers of any religion. Even more so, since their deity was an evil dragon and this family was fairly neutral. "You really hurt yourself when you fell, did you not?"Danda asks. "I think I did."She whimpers softly. Blu splashes out the door. Minutes later Talgo cleans his hands, and prepares to leave. "Thanks Talgo."Azuless says, Danda notices a look in the young dragon's eyes almost ornery, "Can I have a hug before you go?"Azuless adds, cocking her head sideways cutely. Talgo stops in mid stride, confused, then turns and glares at Azuless in mock anger. "No thanks!"He laughs. "Chicken."Delphi taunts him."It only stings for a minute." "Mmmm, chicken…”Azuless begins but is interrupted. "I have seen what the baby can do; I do not want to see what a toddler can do." "Toddler?!"Azuless says obviously offended. "I am not a toddler. In the case of dragons it is called a hatchling anyway. I am a wyrmling."She explains proudly. "If I could run, I would chase you and give you a hug just for calling me a toddler."She threatens playfully. "I will be back, with my sister and I will inform her not to help, if you threaten to nuzzle either of us."He smiles back at the young dragon. He holds up the diamond light stone necklace and heads for the door, he checks for the opal necklace too, to get by the ogres. "Do you think I might be able to have some of your boar?"Azuless asks looking at the chunk of meat on a stick over the fire that Danda holds. "Your mother will be coming home soon."Danda looks at her, trying not to smile as the young dragon looks at the meat, with her tongue hanging out. "There are only two things young dragons think about, play and food."Delphi remarks. “I think human men are not much different.” Danda laughs. "If you sit still, I will cut you off a slab of pork."Danda bargains with her. "Your leg needs to be still for a while." "You will make someone a great mother some day."Delphi notes. "You too."Danda replies. "I doubt it."She notes, “I would kill any man that puts me in that much pain." "You would be a Black widow?" She hesitates giving it thought, "I could live with that."She shrugs with an evil smile. "You talk like you are so evil."Azuless laughs. "I am evil."She turns to look at her. "I have evil uncles. You are sweet compared to them." "You have some twisted uncles."Danda remarks. The average blue dragon did lean towards evil side of the balance. Black, blue, white and green were considered evil dragons, but each dragon was its own unique individual. Much like humans, and humanoids, there were good ones and bad ones. Danda cuts off a large section of meat and carries it over to Azuless, she hands it to her. Azuless bites off a chunk and thanks Danda with a mouthful of meat. "I am starving."She remarks, a morsel of food tumbles from her mouth, she snaps it up before it reaches the ground. "Every once in a while there will be fish in our pond here."Azuless says between bites thinking out loud and motions to the water. "There is not fish here all the time?"Danda asks as she continues to rotate the boar. "No, they never last."She replies. "Mom or I will zap the water and they will be killed. They make a nice snack though." She says her tongue licking the juices from around her mouth. **Related story- Aqua at play G rated story about the baby. |
