Heartbroken

I see a girl crying her eye out.

I asked her is she okay.

She said her boyfriend broke up with her and tears keep falling.

When I look in her eye I can tell she loved him.

Maybe cause I seen them tears before.

Tears have so much emotion.

You can be happy.

Some times sad.

Or maybe mad.

But, the tears I seen had alot of fear,hate,and anger.

We sat there and talked.

She asked me questions.

Why does love hurt?

Why do I feel like nothing?

How come I still love him?

I tell her I can't answer that.

Then I look back to all the heartbreak I had.

And all the hurt,emotion,and tears came rushing back.

I sat there and cried with her.

Then I remembered what my mother said:

Heartbreak is part of life. You see I guy and you like him and maybe even love him. But, nine times out of ten you will not be with him so keep your heart open. And the pain you feel know will go away. You will be okay.
