Today I got a message from one of my closest friend<<<"In the case of an egg, life ends when force put from outside and life begins when a force is produced from within">>
I am thinking about the thought. It has a great lesson hidden in it. Generally people in the society put a lot of pressure on others to make them like themselves and to compel them to behave in a particular manner. However, they are seldom 100% successful.
We should think seriously that we cannot make a person in a way we desire. We must know that a person never understands if he is not willing to understand. Have you ever encountered a person who has listened to you word by word and followed you word by word? This never happens. People listens to us by catching key words. If those words are interesting to them and are in coherence with the thoughts prevailing in their minds at that time, they pay attention to us. Otherwise, they just ignore us.
Therefore, we must try to inspire the interest in the work which we we want to be accomplished through others. This is management. Giving directions can never be a great tool of management.
We have to understand that people work on account of inner urge. You speak because you have something to share with your acquaintances/ people around you. But people listen to you because they have a work to be accomplished through you.
How to inspire a person to have an inner urge or force from within to begin a life from within?
1. You should be able to generate interest in the person before you about yourself.
2. You should remember that everybody in this world is inquisitive by nature.
3. Silence is gold. It envelopes mysteries and generates interests about you among others.
4. You should have patience. You should be a good listener.
5. You should be genuinely interested in the other party. However, it is also a fact that we never become interested or we never come to know a fact unless we need to know the other party/fact. So first we have to increase our curiosity and widen its arena.
6. Open mindedness is another requirement. We must have the opinion that everyone is talented and genuinely good for atleast for himself and his family.
7. If you are visible to be interested in the other party/his or family /his or her welfare, it is certain to create interest in the party about yourself.
8. The main problem is our selfishness. But you have to remember that the world is so much yours as his/her. God is so much yours as his/hers.
9. Keep your order/ wish aside first then talk to others.
