a topic that i feel like writing about but will never turn into a story peom or other
section one: God
I dont know what ohters perceive god (or gods) as but myself being raised lutheran christian, i always beleived in the trinity (father [role of the creator] son [role of the prince or ruler] and holy spirit [role of the converter, the one who pulls someone to the faith]). My perception of god has evolved over my lifetime, from an old man in a white gown as i was shown in childhood, to one person with three minds, and more recently three people blending together to form one consiousness. However, i was told recently that our relationship to god is what is important and not what form god takes since god (according to the bible) has taken on many forms before in several points in history; god even took on the form of a man in the gospels. In a book i am working on i depicted god as three people, an old man as the father, a teenager as the son, and the holy spirit ans a woman with multi-colored wings. These depictions are NOT based on anything found in the bible, they are simply the manifestations my imagination has given to these beings. But when you stop and think about the three body/three minded god, I found that each person would need one aspect of god (as christians know him/her/it) the father would need infinite knowledge to be able to contemplate the complexity of life on earth when no such thing has ever been precidented. The son would need to be all-powerful in order to command demons as he deos in the bible both in the gospels and in revelations when he simply commands the demon forces to be gone and they disappear. The holy spirit would need the ability to be everywhere at once in order to convert mass amounts of people all over the world (or other worlds). Omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent, these three words were always used to describe god, and when you divide god into the three persons and give them the required abilities to accomplish thier respective missions combined with the perspective of a dimension comprised entirely of souls wich as i understand it is organized energy. you can then blend these three persons into one energy, one consiousness, one being who would be god.
