Understanding

Curious about an almost forgotten friend

They say we travel in the same circles,
that we make very few new friends.
There are people that I have met who join right in.
Then there are those who have come to say do or cause something to happen.
I have had relationships that I can't forget but can't imagine spending a lifetime knowing them.

Driving this morning I missed an old friend, but did not miss the space we were in.
I wonder if we would get along as well now? I have no idea who she is anymore.
Let's find out shall we..

During the holidays my oldest daughter signed me up on Facebook. For a minute I could not help but check it out. Then too many people I didn't want to ever hear from again found me there.

Hopefully I am not someone she never wants to hear from again, I can't remember how our friendship ended.
