A bit for the Daily Flash Fiction Challenge. Some derogatory language within.
The man’s cheesy smile was starting grate Frank’s nerves. “Take a look out the kitchen’s window, isn’t it lovely?” The jackass wouldn’t shut up.

“Would you mind if I looked around by myself, without you following me?” He looked in the man’s greedy face and watched it sag a little, holding in a decidedly fake smile.

“Whatever you need, sir. And if you need me I’ll be helping someone else.” The man’s smile disappeared before he had completely turned around.

With the fool of a salesman out of the way Frank was able to walk through the house and enjoy the things he wanted to without anyone shoving random things about the house in his face. He could easily see where the furniture would go and like the overall feel. Checking his watch he saw the open house was about to be over and the realtor would probably start bothering him again. Walking back to the entrance he saw the salesman, who quickly donned his smile. Frank decided to speak before the idiot could, “Thank you for your time, I really like the house.” If the salesman said anything in response he didn’t listen.

Frank got in to his car that was parked across the street and pulled out his phone, setting it one of the cup holders like usual. He studied the brochure he acquired when he first entered and took notes on his notepad, annotating costs and other interesting facts. Minutes had passed and the house was closed by the time he called his wife. “Hey sweetie, yea I really like it, it is nice and cozy, almost like,” he was interrupted by the loud blast of a train horn.

After the horn stopped he continued, “Well there is still that other house we saw together.”
