Love that comes through adversity and takes root deep in your heart. |
In Love With This One Love never announces its arrival. Showing up when you least expect it, from the most unlikely of places and at the most unlikely of times. This one came through a storm of oppressive clouds, crackling lightening, rumbles of thunder and wet swirling winds all around. Through this storm a tiny bud pierced the soil, roots clinging resolutely to the earth from which it emerged. And this one bloomed with the most beautiful colors and textures of love, chasing away the storm clouds until a clearing could be seen. To miss her takes but a moment, to long for the innocence of her sweet laughter and song is an eternity of minutes ticking slowly along. Taking my hand to lead the way to new discoveries then seeing the world through her bright new eyes as if again for the first time. With the happiest smile and most unconditional love she quieted the storm, planted a garden of love and comforted many heavy hearts. I have loved and I do love, but I am completely and totally wrapped all up in love with this one.
