As the main characters are under attack the only choice is to flee, with the delivery.
Screams of the men who sacraficed their lives came pounding through the wall like the blazing stones of fire that were hurled at the Castle Walls. The army of thousands of warriors suited in black hide armor continued to march upon the penitrated front gates of the Castle. With-in the walls were thousands more but colored in opposite armors, Royal blue with the emblem of a firey bird engraved into the middle chest plate. In the corridors were 3 individuals making a final run through the corridors of the inner courts. Room to room they ran as fast as they could with the Cathedral of Light being their final destination. Pounding feet and the sounds of chains shaking up and down slowly became louder. Through a emerald green door traveled the group of three. Behind the doors was a stretch of land filled with trees, and a grand lake that laid in the middle of the room. The lake took up most of the room and made it feel as if they had just entered a whole new world, one that brought peace to mind. The smell of fresh oranges floated through the air, and the sound of birds and other creatures only made it seem to be even more real than it looked.
"Tank, we will not make it if we keep moving at this pace. How long can you hold them off without getting yourself killed?" The lady had dropped to her knees. She was wearing a a silk blue under garment that stretched form her shoulders to her waist. Over the under garment was sky blue chain link armor that glistened as she had been running. The armor was fit to her body very well and showed her natural curves which made her look as young as 17 years of age. A saphire blue belt seperated her armor from what she wore below her body armor. It was made from black whelp dragon hide and proved to be as strong as steel folded over twice, but as comfortable as silk. Below the dragon hide belt she wore a skirt that shined a deeper color than that of the chain armor. The most amazing feature of this lady was that her being so small she was carrying a sword that was almost the size of her body but weighed twice as much as her weight. The amazing blade was one foot across and 5 feet long. The bottom of the handdle was welded in the shape of a phoenix, and the wings of the bird seperated the swords handdle from the swords blade. The most attractive feature of this girl was her face. Long golden hair made its way down past her shoulders and under her sword. They eyes were both amazingly beautiful but had the color and the power to instill fear into the hearts of any one that opposed her.
"This weight is killing me, I don't think I can run much longer." She waited on the gorund a bit longer. "Tank I really need you right now!"

He had just walked into the room. The Giant stood feet taller than any of the others in his group. His armor was metallic, made of the metal from the fallen stars. Each peice was individually attached to his body and beared the markings of an ancient language. Attatched to his back was a six foot long war hammer created of Mitherial. The head of the hammer was rounded off on both ends and build to withstand the most amazing pressure that one could imagine. The Giant removed his helement and revealed a face that had seen many wars in its time. His blonde hair was spiked back from the weight of his helment.Tanks eyes were truly beautiful and glisened a bright yellow in even the darkest of night.
"I can hold them off long enough for you and Jessiah to get to saftey and make sure that your delivery is safe as well." Tank had a reassuring look and spoke and a tone that made her feel safe and without worry. She knew that she could trust him and that his promise would be kept.
"Thank you my friend. Take care of yourself and I will see you soon, alive." She gave him a final smile before standing back to her feet and turning to walk towards the lake.
Tank turned around and walked back through the door and stopped in the middle of the room they had recently came through. He reached up to replace his helment back on his head and then drew his mighty hammer from behind its back sheif.
The old man that had been helping to escort them moved forward to the foot of the Emerald doors. Jessiah looked to be in his final years of life and had a very slow walk. Gray hair was drawn back past his ears in a pony tail. Wrinkles covered parts of his face which was very skinny and bony from lack of food and having to use so much energy to keep with the group. His eyes were as white as the clouds in the sky which told all those who looked into them that he was not of human decendence. Brown robes made from the skins of wild beast were out lined with green markings of the Angels. They made their way down his body from around his to neck to the floor beneath his feet.

His hands met the base of the door and he began to chant 3 words over many times. After repeating the chant Jessiah stepped back and watched the doors swing shut. Five locks starting from top to bottom moved themselves left and right, up and down untill the door was fully sealed and shut the 2 from Tank and the on coming black armored warriors.
Jessiah turned around to walk back to the ladies side who was now standing a foot deep in the water. The palms of her hands were even with the face of the water creating small ripples that spread out in each direction.
"WAIT!" From the other side of the lake came running a small girl in her teen years followed by two of the black armored warriors.
"Tinny! Look out behind you!" The lady now standing in the water had pointed to the two following her.
With a dead stop in her tracks Tinny turned around and caught one glance of the followers and stepped back into a light stance bringing back both of her arms.
"Didn't I lose you guys yet, or did you just begging me to finish you off? It's your pick and this is your last chance." The tone of her voice sent shivers down Jessiahs back. How could some one so young and so beautiful be so powerful with just words? Her lower hand started to move in circles up and down in front of her hand that was held higher above.
Both of the warriors continued their charge forward to her with not one bit of fear to waste upon such a small girl.
"Have it your way then." With all her might she took one step forward and thrusted both hands in front of her chest. One long stream of fire errupted from her palms and sent both of the men flying backwards across the grass and into the walls on each side of the door that they had come running through. She gave them some time but when there was no movement from either of them she turned and began to run once more to the both Jessiah and the lady who was now just a bit deeper in the water.
"Thank God your safe Tinny, I thought they had already killed you back in the armory. I am so glad to see that you are safe."
When she had finally reached the two she gave a quick bow to the lady and said. "Thank you your highness, its great to see that Queen Phoenix is still alive as well as the delivery, but where is Tank. Please tell me he is safe." A look of concern had now covered her face.
"We are not sure how he is doing, but he gave me his promise he would meet us in the Cathedral safe and as alive as he left us." She reasurred Tinny that Tank would safely make it back to them. "Now that we have made it this far I am happy to say our journey on feet is over. With the energy I can take from the water I will be able to teleport the three of us to the Cathedral of Light which will save us a little bit of time. At this point I can not run any more, I am afraid that I will injure myself or that of which I carry."
Tinny nodded and easily agreed with the queen, as so did Jessiah. Queen Phoenix had once agian placed her palms even with the water of the lake. The ripples glidded through the water and stretched out many feet. She closed her eyes and began to concentrate on the white altar that rested at the other end of the castle. She could feel the glowing ivory that the altar had been created from. The smell of the Cathedral, the feel of the air that lingered within. With a soft voice she spoke. "Cathedral of Light" Time began to stand still. The ripples in the water started to move in slow motion. Seconds later the water started to move in circles around Jessiah, Tinny, and Queen Phoenix. Arms of transparent liquid began to close upon them and then created a barriar around them.

(To be continued I am about to fall asleep.
