Autumn's Eve.
The colors of life fall from the trees swiftly into place,
As they look like they came from the hands of god’s grace.
Branches naked blowing in the wind
Lost without their color which gives them knowledge and mind.

The sky is depressed with a cloudy blinding gray,
As flocks of migration find a cooler place to stay.
The whispering wind brings a sample of autumn’s chills that soon will come
With animals gathering food in handfuls of small sums.

The once lively grass is now buried by the seasons change
As the funeral is quickly arranged.
Now that autumn is close and near,
The bitterness of winter is Earth’s next challenging fear.
