Children's story / Madison goes fishing with Grandpa and Grandma.
Madison's Fishing Trip

(This will have illustrations on each page.)

My Grandpa and Grandma live at the Lake.
I like to go there.
One day I went fishing with Grandpa and Grandma.
We went on the boat.
I used my fishing pole.
I like to fish.
Grandpa put a worm on the hook on my fishing pole.
He said fish like to eat worms.
I pushed the button and threw the worm in the water.
Grandpa said to watch my bobber.
He said the fish would eat the worm and pull my bobber under the water.
I saw my bobber go under the water.
Grandpa told me to pull and turn the handle on my pole.
He said that is how you pull the fish in.
I turned it as fast as I could.
It was hard and I was getting tired.
When I finished turning it there was a fish at the end of my pole.
My Grandpa and Grandma were happy I caught the fish.
I was happy too.
My Grandpa said the fish swallowed the worm.
He took the fish off my hook and threw it back in the water.
My grandpa said we needed to put it back so it could grow bigger and we can catch it again.
I had fun.
I love to fish with my Grandpa and Grandma.
