A poem about life and love

Life is a road that I'm traveling,
So far out of my way.
My future is there to guide me,
As I search for yesturday.
The stars are shining brightly,
I'll close my eyes and dream.
Wish for something special,
A Wish tomorrow brings.
People claim to know me,
Yet they don't see the pain.
That has kept my heart broken,
Crying in the rain.
Yesturday, Tomorrow, and Forever,
What has happened to the time?
It's almost been an eternity,
I thought you'd always be mine!
