Lost Forever

I am stuck inside
A world I couldnt know
or more than less
I couldnt undersand

A world by any other time
I could have understood
But this time and place
I cant seem to get thorugh

I am stuck inside
This world that
I more than less
wanted to be away from

Though people always say
that this world we live in
is worth the wait
and the time spent in it

Though i always seem
to have the problem
of understanding why?
this world could be so great....

I would understand them better
if the way things were
were actually different
if things were better than they could be

I would understand
if everything didnt
seem so wrong
or unmistaken

If everything
wasnt everything
that it seemed to turn into
if love waz real
and actually there...

could you understand
why things seem so wrong
to not only me
but others around

Because im stuck inside
a world that
i wish to be away from
everyday.....

a world so wrong
that even happiness
seems like it can be overlooked
or even overrated...

that i just can't wish away.....
