The daily routine work is really killing me. Is there any way to stop this feeling? There is a solution for it: you should make a timetable for your self to see when you have work and when to enjoy your free time with your friends or your family. We should not put pressure on our self to get headach or to get worried. Some people think that if they havent done their work on time they may lose their job,but my opinion is that health is better than job if you dont have health how you can work. There are billions of people around the world working, most of them are poor people who they fight or lie to get enough money for themselves or help their family out, they get so much headach because of their work, many people have personal problem so they eat headach tablet to become calm, and all the problems are not just from workers even with there manegers or boss they have bad attitude they treat there workers badly and put frightness in them becouse work is hard to get it, and the workers are afraid to loss it, Each worker should be calm every time, if they dont want to get headach they should make even sport, because when you are tired or bored and dont know what to do you should excersize to be calm, and all of the headach will go out easilly you can sleep without any tensions or anything bad you have in your mind. Tommorow morrning when you waik up you will have a nice day and you know how to control your self in this happy day, and when you go to work you know how to deal with your consumars, and like that every one will be happy with you even your seniars, thats how you can make your self calm without any hedachs or any problems . |
