being a single parent and the love that is created
It's the greatest pleasure
I have known
Raising my kids alone.
The bond we create
In our life we live
Nothing compares
To the love we give.
It means so much
Growing together
Enjoy it now
It's not forever.
Our lives we share
In happiness and love
Such the greatest gift
From the lord above.
A tear in my eye
As I write this down
A tear for felicity
Without a frown.
