this was written for a friend of mine who just lost one of his best friends.
When there’s a single star out in the sky
And it’s all alone, that’s the star for you!
It’s your most beloved that has passed on
To a greater life.

No matter who it is or what it is, they are looking out for you
All night long!  Remember, it’s ok to talk to the sky at night
It just means that you are talking to the one you miss.

They are you guardian angels,
Your protectors of the universe,
The ones who you always ran to
When something went wrong.

Even though they are not here,
They will always be here with you!
Their on your mind and in your heart, and
When you really miss them, go grab something
Of theirs and hold on tight!

If you cry, remember that it’s ok!
When you cry, you clean your eyes out,
So that makes it ok.

When you feel alone, go grab that one friend
Who can make you laugh.  Make sure you laugh
Hard, so hard that you have the dreaded stomachache.

When you feel the time is right,
Tell your friends stories of your lost one.
Tell them sad stories, funny stories,
How about some weird stories in between?

When you’re feeling low, always remember you’re not alone!!
Go find a friend to keep you company, and let them make you laugh.
