Umm....just read it, see what you think
so, i was pondering the other day...why do we waste our lives in front of this glowing epitome and simultaneous glowering monstrosity of human advancement? (aka, the computer). we waste hours on end looking at things which we could very well do in person, had we the courage. as i slowly become re-engrossed in this trap of self-consumption, i ponder as to how much better it'd be to do what i want. (if given the freedom to act on my wishes, which as a teenager i rarely get) on that note, perhaps that is why i settle for this, for rather than lose the connections through inability to get together, i sit here and decompose as trillions of digits are processed and decrypted and translated into rays of information for me to absorb.
ok, so this is kind of pointless, but think on it, and if you ever get the chance...don't e-mail me, don't message me, don't IM me, except to say "hey, meet me __(insert place)____ at ___(insert time, which i would mostly put "now")___." for how much do we lose when we trust in the inconsistent fluctuations of information passed through countless servers? how much do we lose when we don't have the courage to voice ourselves properly, in person? how much do we lose when we lose ourselves?
