'Life in a Nutshell"

Why should I live upon this earth , Was there a meaning to my birth ,
Was I to live, to live in vain, So one day I could die in pain,
Is life all about this curse, Where everyone seeks my purse,
So does all of life add up to death, So I could live to draw one last breath,
What was the meaning of my life, Am I always to live in strife,
Striving always with mankind, Lest they sneak up and take me from behind,
Or shall I wake some dreadful morn, Only to find all from me torn,
Do I have this awfull foe, That always seeks to work my woe,
But then agian the biggest foe I see, Is the one that lives within me,
Or shall I live a life that's blessed, And have breath bountiful within my breast,
If I live many days, And walk along the good ways,
Will that alone give me joy, Or will I be merely a toy,
To be played with by those with money, So they can laugh and think its funny,
Either way I go, Shall I not be in deep woe.

Ah, but can it be that I'm made of God, And He placed me here to walk this sod,
And live each day to praise His name, So then life is not a game,
Oh, but can it be, That He sent His son to die for me,
Now here is something that is real, And of the which no man can steal,
Love so pure, strong and true, He did something that no other man could do,
He came to earth to die for me, And gave his all upon that tree,
He conquered death so I could live, So my all to him I give,
He gave to me what money could not buy, Then He rose up in sky,
He put a fork in the road of life, So we do not have to live in strife,
But the chioce I can't make for you, It is something only you can do,
Oh, the joyous peace you miss, When slavation you do dismiss,
If heaven you are to attain, You must believe upon His name,
If your sin you do not shun, Then when you die all will be done,
To hell you will go to live in pain, An eternal prison of sin and shame,
Then you will wish you made the right choice, And had accepted Jesus with your voice,
But as for now your still alive, And into which pool of thought will you dive?
