I lay down and dream of happiness,
When I stand I‘m full of sadness,

When I stand and check my pockets empty,

When I stand, I realize bush is prez and we are steel at war,
I lay down and dream of fields of pot,
When I stand I'm being arrested by cops,
I lay down and dream of a mansion in Kenya,
When I stand, I am steel in the projects of Virginia,
I lay down and dream of a Bentley drop,
When stand I’m holding keys to Fred Sanford truck,
I lay down and dream of Halle Berry,
When I stand I here kids and remember, I am steel married,
I lay down and dream of power at its peak,
When I stand I feel used and weak,
I lay down because it is cheap,
Call me lazy but my best times when I am sleep.
