Technology has changed many things. It's no more news that only change is permanent, this revalidates the fact that there must always be a change. One of the tools that have made it possible to record change every time is Technology. Many things have changed indeed, ranging from the way we do things, the ways products are manufactured in our industries, the way we do teach in schools. Many things that were relevant yesterday were no more relevant today. For instance, if you are a teacher, and you don't use technology to teach in this days of technological innovation and technology-oriented students, do you think learning will take place? Someone says technology cannot replace teachers, but teachers that use technology to teach will replace those that don't. This is true, and it's just supporting the quote above. If you are looking for a job these days, and you are not computer literate, you know computers are one of the products of technology, I'm not sure you can find a job anywhere, even in Africa, not to talk of in well-advanced countries. Things have changed, and the way we do things have changed. If you want to remain relevant when you are still on the surface of this earth, the faster you learn the better. It's not what you know that matters, but how fast you can learn new things just because, what was relevant yesterday, not may, but would not be relevant today, not to talk of tomorrow. A word is enough for the wise!
The author was lost in thought when he saw the tiny yellow flower amidst the grass. It was a well-mowed grass. The flower was not planted there, it was through dispersal from the faeces of a bird that has fed on the mother-flower. Since any plant found in an unwanted place, whether beautiful or not, is a weed, this tiny yellow beautiful flower is a weed. It was ignored to live because of good job it does to humanity; its scent that purifies the air and its elegance that beautifies the environment, though if it spreads, it will be virtually removed.
