Life is a challenge, but worth it.
Today I have begun a transformation. I am going to care for myself and start doing things that make me healthier and happier. That being said I will outline here the things I need to work on. I have decided I will write 45 minutes a day which is why you see this. :)
I need to do yoga and exercise everyday to lose weight. I am 213 lbs and I am 5' 2". Translation: I am way overweight. I hate it because of lots of reasons but mostly because I don't like wearing the size 18 clothing I have to wear. I wish I looked good physically for myself as well as looked sexier for DH. So there you have it: I am overweight and need to lose it. I have procrastinated about it too many years. Now that I am 47, it is time to bite the bullet so to speak. Actually, I have spent to many years lamenting the fact. Time to do something about it. Funny thing is, most days I do not eat that much. Today I had a sausage for breakfast and a 8 oz glass of cran grape juice. I get into trouble drinking soda though. So little by little I am going to lick this thing.

I am gathering my wits about me and am going to perservere on the book I am writing. It's on bipolar disorder and how to cope. Many of you know I have this mental illness. Only I hate to think of myself as mentally ill. Rather, I am sensitively challenged in ways others are not. So I take meds. Yep, I do I can't exist without my psych meds. Go off of them and I would be looneier than looney tunes. So I am endeavoring to give folks who are facing these types of things some hope and help along the way. If someone can be helped from my experience, that's a good thing. I am taking the laptop to work with me so I can write some.
