Fame in death, a reality in today's world, pity they can't enjoy it.
Struggling as a poet,
To make a living on the street,
Throws away dreams of fame,
He lays face down on the floor,
blood hardened by the time,
his hand had clasped the pen,
as he wrote his last lines...
"Laying down my lifetime of burdens,
throwing caution to the wind,
I have taken up arms with my adversaries,
to dance; ad infinitum."
Those last lines, have earned him that desperately wanted fame,
for eternity,
But those last lines were just that;
and he will never know.
