| A character from the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise gets a magical book that can alter their world in various ways. Now, there are the rules. The Book of Reality is bound to a single person’s soul. If someone swaps mind, body, soul, brain or possess the body of the item’s owner, they can’t use it. Clones also can’t be used because their DNA isn't bind to the book, as it has a security measure that prevents unauthorized users. The book cannot be destroyed. No swapping people genders. Sex is allowed. No beastiality, anthros is fine as along as they're on the human side No slob or weight gain. The user cannot prevent death from occurring, but they can revive the dead. The Book of Reality cannot be used to kill people. Sex is allowed. No M/M. M/F and F/F is allowed along with harems. No scat or diapers except on actual babies.
