Open the Key in Time to find the Door

Sam Adams worked as a paranormal researcher for the Cosmos Institute in Berkeley, California. One day they received a mysterious package, an old-fashioned pocket watch, a key, a map, and a cryptic note. The note read,

“Open the key in time and find the door to the other worlds.”

They drove to the site in southern Oregon, following the attached map, and found an abandoned house. Sam Adams decided to spend the night. The next day when they came back to the house, the pocket watch and key had all disappeared and Sam Adams's body was missing. The police closed the case.
