"Sky Speaks"



Thunder Being
threaded his ominous voice
through thick warp of dismal grey clouds.
When torrential Rain faded to mist,
a vexation of rolling vapor
shredded briefly to reveal splendid patches
of turquoise and chartreuse hues.

Following a climatic applause,
Sky's soul-sister painted vibrant color washes
in an arced swipe
teasing the horizon line.
She stole Thunder's threat
and superimposed
his jagged light performance
with another kind of amazing art.
Serenity ensued the day.
