It is market day, and Chef Lorna was on the warpath. The fish she received from her supplier was not up to her standards. As she looked around her kitchen she began to plan a new menu. Grabbing her coat, she headed down to the boardwalk to find fresh lobster, eel, and sea trout for her restaurant.
The blistery wind was brutal as she walked down the streets leading to the coastline. Maryland in March was as volatile as a room full of kids and one chocolate bar that they all have to share. She began walking down the boardwalk where all of the fishermen were shouting to sell their catches. The cold wind against her cheeks felt like fire, and the smell of fish almost overwhelming, she searched for her items. She found her sea trout quickly
