It's beautiful.
After being so scared of emotion,
for oh so long...
to finally feel.
To understand the significance
of one's inner emotions.
To relinquish control
to your most primal desires.
However, it's terrifying as well.
To feel emotions that you once buried...
emotions that you covered up,
and ignored to the point of
actually forgetting them.
How do you express those emotions,
when you've never felt them before?
And yet, it's such an inquiry.
You feel emotions towards someone;
emotions that had once gotten you hurt.
So you find yourself questioning;
are they worth exposure?
Do they out-weigh the chance of rejection?
Are these emotions worthy of expression,
at the expense of one's solace or comfort?
Ah...
The reality of all emotion is just so
Beautifully Destructive.
