The Real Princess

Chapter 1


Why must I go through this... Why must my life be like this... Emma thought as hard as she could as she tried extremely hard to breathe.

“P-please l-let me go... It h-hurts...” Emma’s eyes widened with fear as she was grabbing Jane’s hands around her neck. Without any strength left to fight back, she slowly removed her hands and let Jane what she wants. Emma felt a rush of adrenaline coursing around her weak and frail body, but she did not bothered to do anything.

Her eyes slowly became heavy as Emma tried her best to stay awake. Her breathing became abnormal as she badly needed oxygen. She tried to ask Jane one last time out of instinct. “Please l-let me g...” those were her plea before she fainted due to the lack of oxygen.
“looks like I did it again.” Jane started to chuckle and laugh hysterically. “They trust me. Not you.” Then she left the room without any sense of guilt.

Emma has always been the “evil” one. Living in a world full of mystical creatures...werewolves...witches...vampires... She had to endure the pain. Every night, Emma has cuts on over her body. She still don’t know why she has that. But it was extremely excruciating that she fainted while still feeling the pain.

Surprisingly, she did not shed a tear. She just went on with the movement of her miserable life.

On the other hand, Jane is considered the “Princess”. Both her family and even nature loves her. Everyday, birds would come flying into her room, pestering her to wake up. She would wake up and pat their heads as a sign of kindness. The birds would then signal all the other animals to come into the window. She has the most amazing and happy life ever. On contrast, Emma doesn’t. But what everyone doesn’t know is that, Jane is a d-devil... and Emma IS the princess...

Emma would heal everything – nature, creatures and animals. But she will get hurt during the process. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have any powers. Unlike Jane, she has an enormous amount of dark energy. So, will everyone know the truth?
