This is essentially one an entire emotion encapsulated; I wonder if anyone else knows it? |
Afternoon – Evening By Nana Aforo I want to fly close to the sun and melt away like wax then rain and run through the streets drains so I can flow where I'm not. I want to exist as faint echoes in the back of your mind so you barely know I'm there. I want to be nothing more than pollen on the wind. I want to be invisible but you can still feel my cold and my heat. I want to be a blade of grass in the park that you perceive to be plethora on the ground. I want to fade into the background and later be loud but not now. Now I want to observe, not speak but be ambient like the house creek in the daytime. I'm, for the moment relaxed in my mind's basin with standing water until it's dingy. I want to shrink so small that I can't be stepped on so I fit between the grooves on the bottoms of your shoes and just be a molecule irrespective of gravity and dimension in your sense. I want to be a fly on the wall then later a silverback gorilla in the room of your life. I would like to observe you from the safety of my mind so I can see you live. People don't understand, I live in these words where I create universes and reflect on the one around me. Just existing in that little bit of whimsy in the middle of a long disjointed dream. I want to listen to music so loud and rich that my ear drums go numb............ …..........But you don't want to hear any of that do you? Forget it then. I mean that's what I'm swimming in I guess. Ehh.....Fuck it, moving on, and I'll probably think to myself......negro please shut up and get up. Hahahahahahahahaha. Somethings calling me, I have to go now, bye..........there's life to be lived, and beyond that will you remember me and do you know me? But there's another day of peace beyond moments hyperbolic all of it so smile. As my silhouette image slips from sight my visage becomes slight from overbearing light and just like that. Boop. gone. on. Walk lightly because everything isn't that heavy. And now, sunlight.... |
