Describing a high school wrestling match.
Badass

There he was my opponent standing on the opposite side of the gym bouncing and jumping around like he was Muhammad Ali of the wrestling realm. He was so intense! I felt as if I literally could hear his hard rock music from across the gym. The death stair he was giving me was indescribable. This only made me want to kick his ass that much more! This wasn’t just a wrestling match any more… this was personal now. I turn my music up, step out into the hallway and begin warming up for the ensuing battle that would soon take place. I go threw my moves in my head. Step by step, move-by-move, I visualize taking him down and pinning him in less than 30 seconds. That would be the most embarrassing thing I could do to him. I hear the buzzer signaling that the match before mine has ended. I step back into the gym and stare him down, what happens next sends my adrenaline through the roof. As I look to the other side of the gym I see him point his index finger at me and he then held up his thumb and ran it across his neck, signaling he was going to kill me. We run out on the matt, the referee tells us to shake hands, we refuse to do so. He just starts the match in fear he would get hit with a punch if he doesn’t start this match soon. He blows the whistle; we clashed into each other like rams on a mountaintop fighting for the dominant male position of the herd. We circle each other like two tigers in a fight to the death, then I hear my coach yell, “SHOOT!” so I dove at his ankles fallowing his command. I then threw him over my back and slammed the living shit out of him! As he hits the matt the air in his stomach leaves his lungs with such force, it creates a pooufffaaa sound. He just lays there motionless… "PIN!" The referee yells out as he slaps the matt. Now he knows who the real badass is.
