Thousands of years have passed
Still I long for you to be back
The pain is so intense
These tears I cannot stop
I thought you were true
Thought you loved me too
Is love just a game?
Will I ever be the same?

Oh! The pain in my heart
This I long to forget but I cannot
What spell did you cast
To torture this defenseless soul?
We were perfect for each other
We cried and laughed together
You said you loved and needed me
You said it with such sincerity
And I believed you wholeheartedly


But then you got bored
You left me confused
I was hurt, I was angry
You left me deeply bruised
I was hurt, I was angry
Your image I tried to block
But every time I try to
Memories start to flood
This mind who did'nt think
But let heart do the task

oh, I'm hurt and I'm angry
But regret is not a choice
For despite my wounds and scars
..I have never loved you from the start..
