The first time I was told "I love you" from guy, I was overwhelmed and wrote this.

Ringing,
Piercing,
Bouncing off every wall,
Swirling around,
Creating a maelstrom of happiness,
To hear those words,
To see that smile,
Watching darkness fade.

You’re the sun peeping through clouds,
Pick me up off the ground.

Your impact swept me off my feet,
My true Prince Charming.

You make my heart explode into ecstasy,
Sending the memories of those words springing around the room,
The echo flies through the air.

Reiterating the words ‘I love you.’
