The end of a relationship/time in life and the challenge to move forward.
Awaken by the shaking of the unknown

With the darkness of fear rolling in from all around.

Consuming everything seen included the one

With feet stuck in place

And breathe uncaught.

She cannot see the way.

And then it comes,

In the mist of destruction,

The peace that only God can impart.

It is there for a moment,

But fear fights against

The battle is overwhelming

The cause too hard to see beyond this moment

Thoughts unable to stop

Thinking of that which is out there

That which is unknown

Then comes a reminder, a line, a verse

That He is our Source, our Protector, our Comfort, and Keeper

To seek often, listen, trust and believe

The more that is heard, trusted, and believed the more that fear and darkness will retreat and leave

As light breaks through

A breath taken with ease

Feet loosened to move freely

Out of the remaining darkness.

As a song dances in all about

And reveals a new way, a new journey, a new path

Leading away from the darkness of that past

and toward the light of far happier days and life.

Luke 4:18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Psalm 91:1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.2I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.3Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.4He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.5Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
